I have had reiki before but never remotely so I was unsure what to expect.
Remote reiki with Claire was very relaxing.
My mind did wonder a little but my body felt very relaxed and still during the whole 20 mins session.
After the session finished I felt very calm and centrered for the remainder of the evening.

I’ve recently had several treatments with Claire at Wounded Healing, and they’ve been some of the most relaxing and therapeutic experiences. Claire has a calming presence, and her reiki sessions are incredibly grounding. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more centred.
I also had a foot massage and holistic facial with Claire. The foot massage was especially helpful as I’ve been suffering with plantar fasciitis; it eased tension and reduced discomfort. The holistic facial was deeply soothing and left my skin glowing.

I’ve now had several sessions with Claire at her beautiful cottage, the space she has created there is so welcoming, calming and relaxing - as is she.
I wasn’t expecting to have such a strong reaction to reiki, but the impact on an injury I had was astonishing, but the practice itself is so calming, I’d highly recommend it, injury or not.
The same applies for the bacial treatment, it felt fabulously luxurious and so relaxing.
In short, Claire offers a truly wonderful self care experience for both the body and mind,
